Fresh, cut from large fillets, Hake is a fantastic fish fried in batter.  Thick, soft white flesh, right up there with Red Gurnard, as one to try.  Our sustainable supply comes fresh from the south-west – Brixham or Cornwall. We stock in limited quantities, to ensure freshness, whenever available.
