Our potatoes come from the farm muddy – just the way we like them.  Every day we list on boards in the restaurant details about the variety of potato used, and where they were grown.  We have a fantastic supplier who looks after us and carefully manages the quality of potatoes used in our shop.  It’s never been about price… we work on trust and our potato merchants have never let us down.  It’s great working with people you like.

Big Steve, our legendary Chief of Spud Operations for the past 22 years, turns these muddy tubers into perfect fat chips.  We cut our chips fat, not just because they taste better and stay hotter for longer, they are also better for you, having a lower oil content than ‘skinny’ chips.  Then it’s over to our friers for them to add their magic touch.
