RED GURNARD

This little beauty is one of the best things to come out of the push for sustainable fish.  Quite simply one of the best fish available to have with chips. Boneless fillets, lovely distinctive flavour, fries very well in a thin batter. Our sustainable supply comes fresh from dayboats in the south-west – Brixham or Cornwall. Stocked in limited quantities to ensure freshness, whenever available.
